Students today can spend several hours a day on a screen, with some students missing out on physical exertion and strength building entirely. Time spent during sports and in the playground at school can often be the only opportunity for students to build upper body and core strength.

The school playground has become a valuable opportunity at break time for students to climb. During these regular periods of open ended, self-directed play a well-designed playground will include a range of movements that extend and build on core and upper body strength.

Parkour ninja warrior courses provide different stations which students can traverse to provide a wide of movements. Playground elements such as monkey bars, a cargo net climb and A-frame climbers develop different sets of muscles.
